• What grade of hair do you sell? Here at Raw Imports Co, we provide our RAW beauties with RAW virgin hair. To our knowledge, there is no such thing as a grade system. Ex: 8a , 9a , 10a etc. Our quality is guaranteed to exceed your expectations.
• How long is shipping/delivery? Once your order is placed , you can expect your order to ship on or before the 4th business day and usually takes up to 3 business day to be delivered. So anywhere from 7 to 10 business days, in some cases sooner.
• How do I join the "Nothing But Loyalty" program? Simply subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates on sales, promotions, discounts and more. When placing orders be sure to login using your email to receive your loyalty points for every dollar that you spend with us.
• Do you offer refunds/exchanges? Under no circumstances do we offer refunds. Due to the nature of the product that we sell, once orders are shipped out and no longer in our possession, we cannot and will not offer any refunds. Exchanges can only be given if and only if we are still in possession of the product.
